METALLCAST’s logistics operations are organized to ensure product deliveries throughout Ukraine and to guarantee international shipments under Incoterms 2020 (including EXW, FCA, CPT, DAP, and DDP). The format and terms of transportation are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the type of product, volume, and the location of the final destination.

HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT

METALLCAST is a full-cycle manufacturing company specializing in the production of cast and machined parts.

The history of METALLCAST began with a clearly defined mission: to fill the niche of high-tech casting for complex engineering challenges. From the very beginning, the company’s strategy was based on the principles of sustainable production and the integration of European quality control standards. This allowed the company to quickly transform from a local manufacturer into a reliable supplier for international industrial holdings.
In the initial stage, investments were made in energy-efficient induction melting systems that ensure high alloy purity. The implementation of a quality management system enabled the company to ensure, from the very beginning, that its products comply with international ISO standards.
Recognizing the B2B sector’s need for parts with complex geometries, METALLCAST integrated LOM (Lost Foam Casting) and XTS (Alphaset process) technologies. This has made it possible to produce castings with minimal machining allowances, which has significantly reduced the cost of the final product for our customers.

We have established our own engineering center, where we use 3D modeling of casting processes and CAD/CAM design for tooling. This has allowed us to reduce the “design–prototype” cycle by 40%, which is a critical advantage for international contracts.
Today, METALLCAST is an export-oriented company. Our experience includes supplying the following industries:
