Production Control Laboratory

The company operates its own production control laboratory, which ensures the quality control of materials and finished products.

The laboratory operates in accordance with the Certificate of Conformity of the measurement system to the requirements of DSTU ISO 10012:2005 (State Enterprise “Kryvyi Rih Scientific and Production Center for Standardization and Certification”).

We perform:

• control of the chemical composition of alloys (spectral analysis);
• ultrasonic testing for internal defects;
• magnetic particle testing for surface defects;
• hardness testing (Rockwell, Brinell);
• mechanical testing (strength, ductility, elongation, impact toughness);
• metallographic analysis of metal structure (macro- and microstructure).

Inspection is performed during the incoming material inspection, after heat treatment, and during final inspection of finished products.

The laboratory is equipped with spectroscopic equipment, hardness testers, ultrasonic and magnetic particle flaw detectors, and microscopes for structural analysis. The results are documented in the form of test reports and quality reports.
