Welding work

METALLCAST performs welding of metal structures, assemblies, and components for the machine-building, power generation, and industrial equipment industries.

We work with both our own blanks and customer-supplied parts.

We offer:

• manual arc welding (MMA);
• semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG);
• argon arc welding (TIG);
• spot and resistance welding.

Quality control:

• incoming inspection of materials;
• inspection of welds (visual, capillary, and ultrasonic testing);
• certification of welders;
• preparation of reports and certificates upon request.

Welding is performed in accordance with the requirements of drawings, technical documentation, and GOST, DSTU, and ISO standards. METALLCAST performs welding work for both one-off items and mass production.
