The installation of hydropower equipment requires precision, a systematic approach, and an understanding of how the system operates under load. Errors during the installation phase can affect the equipment’s service life, operational stability, and future maintenance.

 METALLCAST performs the installation and maintenance of equipment for hydropower facilities, combining manufacturing, design, and practical experience working with large-scale assemblies and steel structures.

 We perform:

•  dismantling and replacement of worn components;
•  installation of supports, shafts, drive and lifting mechanisms;
•  installation of steel structures and hydropower equipment assemblies;
•  commissioning and technical support.

Work is performed in accordance with the facility’s technical requirements, operating conditions, and equipment specifications.

Our in-house manufacturing capabilities and experience with hydropower components and assemblies allow us to control the process not only during the manufacturing stage, but also during installation and commissioning of the equipment.
