Heat treatment of metals

METALLCAST performs heat treatment of parts made of carbon, alloy, and stainless steels to improve hardness, wear resistance, and the stability of mechanical properties.

We offer:

Heat treatment is used for parts in the machine-building, power generation, mining, and metallurgical equipment industries. We monitor the parameters of each cycle and test the hardness of finished products.

We work with both individual parts and production batches. If necessary, we perform the full production cycle: casting, machining, heat treatment, and quality control.
