Commissioning work

Commissioning is the final stage before equipment is put into operation. It is during commissioning that the operation of mechanisms under load, the interaction of components, the accuracy of installation, and the system’s compliance with design parameters are verified.

 METALLCAST performs commissioning work for hydropower equipment, providing technical support after installation and during system startup.

 We perform:

  • inspection of installed equipment and components;
  • adjustment and balancing of mechanisms;
  • testing under load; identification and correction of deviations;
  • support for equipment commissioning.

Commissioning allows us to verify equipment performance under real-world conditions and identify potential technical risks in a timely manner before full-scale operation begins.

Since we work with equipment of our own manufacture, this enables us to maintain control at every stage—from design and manufacturing to system startup and subsequent operation.
