METALLCAST manufactures parts, assemblies, and metal structures based on customer drawings, 3D models, or technical specifications.

 We provide a full production cycle:

• Analysis and review of design documentation;
• Material selection;
• Casting and fabrication of blanks;
• machining;
• heat treatment; 
• quality control of finished products.

We work with structural and alloy steels, cast iron, and non-ferrous alloys. 

We manufacture:

• shafts, gear shafts, bushings, couplings, crosspieces;
• gear wheels and gearbox components;
• components for pumping, turbine, and boiler equipment;
• cast and welded structures;
• custom assemblies and components for industrial equipment.

We accept documentation in PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, and STL formats. We manufacture single-unit products, prototypes, and production batches. Upon completion of production, we provide quality certificates, test reports, and supporting documentation.
